From the mists of time and ancient prophecy, ancestral energies are with us and they are here for us. This becomes increasingly evident every time my sister circles engage in sacred ceremony. Mystic ancestral presence is powerful and palpable.
I’ve been wandering through the graphic images I’ve created over the years and found some wonderful ancestor wisdom. Some mystical, some not. But all of it wisdom to guide us. Wisdom to uplift us and help us navigate this storm. Good wisdom to share.
Because it’s Maud and because it’s Ireland and because the words so echo what’s been happening in these past weeks, I will begin with her words.

It is amazing how her words echo in these times. What strong words! This knowing of old women who risk so much to save a country from traitors and treason despite the cowed and quiescent people. Wow. Thank you for sharing this! Looking forward to what comes forward next.
I’m really drawn to the idea and reality of “ancestral energies” and hope to learn more about its presence and possibly its application. And Maud’s words about the women of Ireland are strong and express effectively the conviction and the action of this group. I hope the women of Ireland can and may keep changing things for the better, forever.
Yes, my friend. The women of Ireland continue to be a force for good. Changing things for the better. One of many reasons my heart calls me back to Ireland so much. And yes…the ancestral wisdom comes much through what they spoke and wrote. Knowing that wisdom is there for us is one application. Reminding us that others have been in this same place and have found the determination and wisdom to move through the storms.
