As I get ready to head to Ireland for a few weeks in May, my friends over there are asking three questions. When will you be here? How are you? What the hell is happening in your country? There will be some deep conversations.
Beneath the constant fire hose of alarming atrocities and news stories, there is something happening here. I’m seeing it everywhere, although the media pays little attention. For we are coming together to claim our power. We are coming together, more rooted than ever, in the power we hold and manifest in the world. And that energy, that vibration, is a harmony that sings of hope and renewal. We are reclaiming our sense of who we are. We are reclaiming our country. Rooted in what we value and hold sacred. Rooted in community…in common unity. Rooted in compassion.

Traveling mercies as you prepare and go to Ireland. What the hell is happening in our country? is a good question. I am drawn to your observation regarding folk coming together and calling for new energy for a new day. (Or how I’m putting it.) I certainly affirm your insight.
