Sacred Light.
The wisdom voice
of Divine Spirit.
Light. Sacred Light. It is my passion and humble intention that the essence of it shines through everything I do. My writing. My personal journey. My sacred journeys in Ireland. I’m often asked what I mean by ‘the Light’ and the above definition from one of my spiritual teachers is the best I’ve encountered.
There is a divine spirit in each of us that we are called to celebrate and share in the world. We are called to remember, and re-member, ourselves as holy and sacred beings. And in dark times, we are called to shine our Light more brilliantly than ever.
With the return of the Sun in the dark of winter in the northern hemisphere, the light begins to come back into our world. And in this and all times of darkness, we are called to bring the Light back into the world.
Winter Solstice.

I hope this solstice is a time of good Earth-change for you. It seems odd to say we’re starting winter when the days in fact are lengthening and maybe more so (rhetorically and seasonally) we are heading toward spring. But there it is. The Earth shall start to tilt the other way tomorrow, bringing greater light to enhance, as you say, the light in all of us. Have a bright day.
